My name is Avalon Asefi. I moved from Pleasanton CA to beautiful Austin TX in spring 2022 to be close to my family, especially to my young niece, whose love for pets is beyond imagination. I like to say that she got it from me!

I have a deep-rooted love and respect for animals and have been surrounded by them most of my life, from growing up in close contact with horses, to running my own pet sitting business since 2013.

Pet sitting does not feel like a job for me - it’s a privilege to be part of so many animals’ lives, and I love to support and improve my clients’ relationships with their pets by applying years of experience and the latest research to their unique situations.

At the moment, I operate primarily in South Austin and focus on pet sitting and walking, but I am also knowledgeable and passionate about pet nutrition, and training, and have provided products and services related to this in the past, so I am happy to consult on these topics as well.
